"I am very pleased to let you know that our new appointment system is working very well. The new system was implemented after the Easter break. We are now able to offer a clinical face to face or telephone appointment within a week. We are now able to use the “on the day” triage list more appropriately for urgent queries whilst being able to offer patients a much quicker routine or follow-up appointment.

Another service we now offer is the use of the Bodmin Phlebotomy Hub service at Bodmin Hospital for routine blood tests. If you have been asked to book an appointment at Bodmin this is the link:  https://royalcornwallhospitals.nhs.uk/ehealth/community-diagnostic-hub/  If you need help with this please call the Practice and our reception team will be happy to help. If you can’t get to Bodmin we are still giving blood tests at the Practice.

Unfortunately, I need to let you know that prescription charges have increased, and now costs £9.90 per item. If you have regular items (more than 4 in 3 months) and do pay for your prescriptions it may be worth getting a pre-pay certificate which is a lot cheaper: Get a prescription prepayment certificate:  or call Telephone: 0300 330 1341

Last shout for 75’s and overs who would like a Spring Booster Covid Vaccination. We have a clinic this Saturday 18th May 24 at the Practice. We still have some appointments! If you can’t make Saturday or are under 75 with an eligible condition you can call NHS 119 or book yours online locally 

We are now texting patients. We can send links for you to be able to book your own appointment and we can send health questionnaires. Please do make sure that you update us at the Practice with a new mobile number if yours changes.
