LostFest raises £5k for FLEET
Sunday 31st July 2011
The 2011 LostFest took place on Saturday 14th May from 6pm to 10pm and Sunday 15th May from 10am to 5pm.
Both days were hugely successful and we've had fantastic feedback - thanks to everyone for your support! The event attracted over 5000 visitors and raised £5,000 for FLEET, a thoroughly deserving local charity whose efforts in helping us to set up and run LostFest are invaluable. With this year's event LostFest will have raised over £10,000 for FLEET.
Enormous thanks to everyone who took part, helped organise and came along to this year's events. We rely on a huge number of volunteers to make LostFest the amazing success that it is. It's a lot of work but it's great fun - if you want to get involved please get in touch.
This was the 5th annual Lostwithiel Festival and it's an event that gets bigger and better every year. With 150+ street performers, around 100 different stalls, demonstrations by local artists and craftspeople, a kids craft centre and much, much more it was a fun packed day for the whole family.
