Lostwithiel based Bad Boy Chilli Mash has been awarded a two gold star rating in the Great Taste Awards and appears at the top of the hot sauce category for their Scotch Bonnet Mash.

The company was started by Paul Colledge - who has a passion for chillies - using home-grown chillies to make chilli mashes for friends and family.

As the mashes grew in popularity, he started importing chillies and offering different flavours for different types of dishes; Naga chillies for Indian-style curry, Bird’s Eye chillies for Asian cookery and Scotch Bonnet for a Caribbean flavour.

He still works with local chilli farms to produce a pure Cornish range of VERY hot chilli mash.

Bad Boy Chilli is Made in Cornwall accredited. Their products can be bought on line and from selected stockists.
