11am - demonstration by talented Wadebridge artist Linda Blake-Dobell on the art of food carving.

Come and see how to make beautiful food garnishes from fruit and vegetables. This is a free event and open to all.

Linda is a talented artist and some of her paintings can be seen at our art exhibition. Her portraits of both people and animals make wonderful gifts.

Linda also makes and decorates amazing wedding and celebration cakes to order.

Food art is a fascinating subject and many beautiful garnishes can be made from ordinary fruit and vegetables. Come and watch as Linda makes different fruit and veg come to life including her beautiful swan from an ordinary honeydew melon.

2pm food art workshop - please book for this event, £4 per person, children under 18 are welcome to attend free but must be accompanied by a parent and the parent must do the carving. You will need to bring an apple, a cucumber, a carrot, radishes and a small sharp kitchen knife.
